Refund policy

We have a 30-day refund policy for damaged and defective products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. However, we do not have a return policy since we concerned about the unnecessary carbon footprint created by return shipping. We also recommend our customers recycle the damaged product or donate unwanted but well-conditioned products.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will need to contact us at info@n-bottle.com and provide the following detail:

  • Your order number
  • Screenshot of your order confirmation email
  • Phone number and email address used for checkout/purchase
  • A photo/video of the defective item(s)
  • A description of your defection

Missing item

If an item is missing from your parcel, please let us know as soon as possible. ​​We’ll be sure to refund you for the missing item if you’ve already paid for it. Please provide the following information in the email:

  • Your order number
  • Screenshot of your order confirmation email
  • Phone number and email address used for checkout/purchase
  • The product name, colour and quantity of missing item(s).


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a refund, and once the request is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request, and let you know if the request was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
