What is your name about?

We guarantee to use recycled materials whenever possible, and the material we focus on is one of the most abundant plastic waste on earth, plastic bottles. In other words, our products are made from a certain number(n) of bottles. You may find the exact number of bottles we used for making each product on the product page.

What recycled materials are your products made from?

At this stage, we have partnered with multiple recycling companies and are focusing on recycled plastic waste. Including PET (water bottles), PP (food packages, yoghurt cups), ABS (electronic appliances shell) etc.

What is RPET?

RPET is recycled PET (or Polyethylene terephthalate) which is originally produced from natural gas and crude oil. It is usually used to make single-use plastic bottles because of its transparency, allowing consumers to be able to see through the package. PET is one of the most abundant plastic wastes on earth, wouldn't it be nice to explore more applications for the use of them?

What is RPP?

RPP is recycled Polypropylene, it is also one of the most common materials for single-use food packaging. Remember those translucent plastic boxes they give you when you buy takeaway from the restaurants? Very likely they are made of Polypropylene. Another common use of PP in food packaging is yoghurt cups.

Are nBottle’s products safe for food?

The material we use for our products are FDA tested, however, you should still wash it before any direct contact with food and other kitchen accessories. 

Can I put your product in the freezer, microwave or oven?

Our RPET products cannot be used in microwaves and ovens. It can be used in the freezer for only short term storage as it would become frangible when frozen for a long time. To find out specific information for each product, please check our product information pages.

Are nBottle’s products recyclable?

Yes! You can recycle them with your local recycling facilities. We understand that they are nowhere near perfect, that is exactly why we need to use our action to let them know that we favour recycled materials over new virgin ones, in a way to motivate businesses to improve the recycling system!

Are your packages recyclable?

Yes, our packages are made from recyclable paper and they can be recycled again.

Where can I buy nBottle products?

You can get them online at our official online store www.n-bottle.com. We do not have any offline stores at the moment.

What payment do you accept?

We currently accept payments via VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

How do I track my order?

Orders can be tracked on 17track with a correct order tracking code that can be found on the order confirmation email.

How do you charge for delivery?

Shipping fee will be charged based on the size and weight of the product you purchased and the location you are living. You can see the chart below as a guideline.

How long will it take to ship my item(s)?

Delivery times will vary depending on your location.  You can see the chart below as a guideline.

Do you offer an express or next day delivery service?

We currently only offer standard delivery however we aim to get our orders delivered as soon as possible.

Why is my order being returned?

If the address details are incorrect or the courier cannot safely deliver your package, the order may be returned to us. If your tracking shows that your order is being returned to us, please contact our customer service team and they will be happy to help you.

What if my delivery status is shown as delivered but I did not receive it?

Under normal circumstances, this means that your package has been successfully delivered. If you have not received the package, please follow the steps below so that you can receive the package as soon as possible (if the package is nearby).

-Verify the delivery address with your order

-Find notifications of attempted delivery

-Look around delivery locations

-See if others accept the delivery

Do you take international orders?

Yes, we currently accept orders from Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Portugal, Australia, Ireland, Bulgaria, Portugal, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Romania, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Cyprus, United States and Canada

Where can I find my order number?

The order number will be shown on the order confirmation page once the order is placed. You will also receive an order confirmation email that includes the order number.

What if my product arrived damaged or defective?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

What if an item is missing?

If an item is missing from your parcel, please let us know as soon as possible. ​​We’ll be sure to refund you for the missing item if you’ve already paid for it. Please provide the following information in the email:

-Your order number

-Screenshot of your order confirmation email

-Phone number and email address used for checkout/purchase

-The product name, colour and quantity of missing item(s).

What if items I did not order arrived?

First, please check if the products you have received are all correct according to your order form. If we have given you the wrong item, please contact our customer service immediately, we will ship the correct item to you as soon as possible. If we have given you an extra item, we recommend you keep it yourself or give it to friends who might need it. (Of course, we welcome you to tell them a little story of nBottle :P)

Can I return an item?

We have a 30-day refund policy for damaged and defective products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. However, we do not have a return policy since we are concerned about the unnecessary carbon footprint created by return shipping. We also recommend our customers recycle the damaged product or donate unwanted but well-conditioned products.

How can I request a refund?

If you are not sure your request is eligible for a refund, you may check the above ‘Orders FAQ’ session or our refund policy to find a helpful answer. Of course, you may also send us an email and our customer service team will be happy to help!
